Today’s #12DIYsofChristmas is the easiest one to date and only requires a little effort. Plus, it also goes well with the gift wrap from earlier in the week. Read on for more.
These gift tags are simple and you can even practise your calligraphy skills once more. They’re incredibly fun to make and there’s no set rules as to how to make them, so feel free to let your creative juices flow and get making!
What you’ll need:
Brown paper
Washi tape (I got mine from Tiger)
Hole punch
To make:
Cut out your gift tag shape, punch a hole near the pointed end, and attach the tape as you desire. I used Tiger’s glittery tape, which although looks really effective, isn’t that sticky. Their neon wash tape was much better and their cat sticky tape was the best. But as long as it sticks, right? You could even cut out the washi tape to make little triangles as I did for one of mine. Use some ribbon, yarn or string to attach to your presents and you’re good to go!
